Nearly died because of dunkin
On multiple occasions, dunkin donut employees from across the country make the same mistakes. I am sensitive to caffeine and I have strong reactions upon having them. I like my tea decaffeinated although they are not 100% caffeine free. There are approximately 9/10 chances that I would order a decaf tea and would get the plain black one. First few times I didn't check the tea bag label because they were immerged in the tea and I nearly died on multiple occasions from caffeine reaction. This mistake occurred on multiple stores across the state. And other minor orders, whatever it may be, go wrong, causing me to complain and have them remade. I feel that either they need to make strict training programs or fix this problem somehow before it gets someone killed.
