Dunkin Donuts - Employees keeping receipts/free items - Dunkin Donuts Drive Thru
Over the past few months, I noticed that employees at two of the Dunkin Donuts in Plainville, CT are keeping the receipts. So far, I have not received three of my free coffees. Yesterday when I went to the Dunkin Donuts on the corner of Cooke Street and New Britain Avenue, I ordered an iced coffee, handed the clerk my receipt with the free receipt and was told that this receipt had already been used for a free coffee! Considering I had just received the receipt the day before and I have never been handed back a receipt after a free purchase, I can only assume this is another dishonest employee. Love the coffee but am considering going to another place where I am valued as a customer. LY
