DD perks customer service complaint - DD Card

I took advantage of the one day promotion to download the DD mobile app, buy a gift card using the app and then receive a $5 bonuses from DD I did everything on my end but never got the bonus $5 I then sent 3 e mails to the company using their website contact us page and never got a response. I called the customer service number and waited over 30 minutes and never got thru to a customer service rep. This company has poor customer service. I would like a response from DD on this issue
