Both times that I have visited this location, not only has the employee serving me at the drive through window been the rudest person I have ever met, my order has never been right. My Unsweetened tea is sweet, my bagel is cold and rubbery, and the outside of my bagel is covered in cream cheese. I had such a horrible experience the first time, I vowed never to go back. Unfortunately, it was my mistake to give them another chance this morning.
