Dunkin Donuts Complaint

Rude Managers
I went to a Dunkin Donuts in Kankakee attached to a Gas N' Wash. Everything was perfectly fine: polite employees, correct order. Then this manager lady comes out with a bad attitude and yells at this poor cashier right in front of me for something regarding a call-off and whatever....not really my business but the manager decided in front of me was the best place to discuss it. This poor girl was close to tears and I felt so bad for her. The manager was named Jessica, I believe, and she had glasses and a really rude demeanor. Definitely not something I want to be subject to...I'll never go to that place again with how badly the employees are treated. May the good Lord watch over anyone who has to work with that she-devil.
