After 3 emails and over 30 minutes on hold with DD customer service I have still not received a response from DD customer service I never received the $5 promo from your company for signing up using the DD app, buying a card thru the DD app. It was a one day promotion only. You processed my card purchase then your app closed then reopened wanting to charge my visa for a second time. Could someone now respond since I am filing a complaint?
