Horrible management


The "manager" Amanda in the Dunkin donuts in freeville NY is rude and snotty. I waited 15 minutes the day before in the drive thru while no one answered and there was no "sign" stating the machine wasn't working. I went in to complain today as I had time and she was nothing but rude and disrespectful. Interrupting me as I was talking and giving me nothing but attitude as there were 3 other employees and the "assistant manager" crystal just stood their laughing. I don't know how to go above them to a district manager but they should not be working their with such disrespect towards customers! I want their jobs taken away! Horrible service will never go to any Dunkin donuts again.
