Horrible Customer Service
I wanted to tell you about the most horrible customer service incidents at this one store I have experienced. I have been a customer of Dunkin Donuts store #349102 since they first opened. I have always went there everyday religiously. The other day I went into the store and asked for an Iced Apple Cider. They were making my drink and I asked for less ice. The manger told me we cannot do that because i'll change the taste of the drink, but I told him, "I wanted it that way." He argued but eventually told them to make it, the way I wanted. I then proceeded to leave the store, but sat down in the front, out of the view of the manger. He then proceeded to talk about how I am a constant complainer and I am his worst customer. He said this isn't starbucks . He said all of this to ANOTHER CUSTOMER. This customer was shaking his head, when the manger initially was telling me, I couldn't have it that way. This isn't the first time he's done this either. I asked for a muffin/w butter, and I got a muffin with GLOBS of butter. I personally don't want to eat solid butter, and I don't think anyone else does either. I asked him to have them melt it onto the muffin, and I was told, that's the way we do it. Another employee was able to talk reason, and had them send it through twice. This manager has no customer service experience. I told him once the customer is always right, and he said the customer isn't always right. To add insult to injury, the employees also adopt this attitude frequently. This one customer was ordering some food, and was taking sometime to decide. The employee said, can you hurry it up? This was so rude. Another employee acts like she doesn't want to be there, and once I had to wait twenty minutes at night to get any service, and then this guy comes out lackadaisical asking how can i help you? They had a interim manager while this other manager was away, and the business was a 100% improvement. I filed a complaint with Dunkin Donuts but that will go nowhere.
