Bad Service - coffee


This afternoon, I arrived at my local Dunkin Donuts (6627 Bay Pkwy
Brooklyn, New York 11204) to grab a hot coffee with their travel mug. So according to company rules, I'm supposed to get 1.49 refills with the mug, right? Well, they took my mug and filled it up, charging me 2.75 (the regular price of the coffee) instead of the 1.49 i was supposed to be charged. I didn't realize it at first until a few minutes later, when I had already left the store. I went back with the receipt, explaining my situation, but none of the employees would agree to refund my money, even though they acknowledged their mistake. I had to argue a few minutes before I could get a free small coffee out of them very reluctantly. Are you kidding me? I don't understand why they can't just refund me and apologize. All I wanted was a 1.26 back and some manners.

I'm never going back to this dunkin donuts. I've never seen such bad service and cheating employees.
