Worst Dunkin Donuts Ever

The Styertowne Shopping Center Dunkin Donuts is probably the most horrific DD ever established. They (mainly an incompetent employee named Salim) never gives you the correct amount of change (always short a dollar or two) and cannot even read English (as proven by a coupon I presented to him for a free medium beverage, he couldn't understand a word of it and refused to talk to me, instead pointing me across the room to another [also very rude and incompetent] employee). I have tried numerous times to give this DD a chance, seeing as I work in the Styertowne Plaza and it is a short walk for coffee during my break, but this place cannot be helped. They do not give a rat's behind about their customers and cannot even prepare a bagel with cream cheese properly (you call a teaspoonful of cream cheese on one half of the bagel enough?). I really believe these fudge monkeys deserve to burn in a scalding hot pit of coffee. Maybe then they could learn how to make a coffee coolatta taste like coffee instead of vanilla. I would never reccommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone, and in fact I will try my very best to steer people away from this one. The DD right down Allwood Road by Rite Aid and Hallmark is absolutely a million times better than the Styertowne one. The one illiterate employee didn't even understand that you have to scan the coupon, even after I explained that he had to scan it. The other employee told me I had to print the coupon out, to which I pulled up the e-mail I received from DD with the coupon, and showed it to him to read (as it clearly said I could present the coupon on my phone OR print it out). My suggestion, no, my WARNING is to stay away from this Dunkin Donuts at all costs. And if you just have to have coffee and go into it anyway, I warn anyone that if you spot the sad looking Salim there, run. Immediately run for your life. Acme has a small coffee shop right when you walk in; and isn't it better to be able to watch them make your coffee than have to wait as they hide behind a wall, all the while spitting in your beverage saying, "Haha, stupid americans!" Welcome to America, Styertowne Dunkin Donuts employees. I hate you all.
