Dunkin Robbin me of my ice cream
I pulled into the Urbana Dunkin Robbins across from the Lincoln lodge behind two hoodlums on motorcycles. It was 11:01 pm. The online hours stated that this establishment was open until midnight, so I thought we were in the clear by 59 minutes. I had my little brother with me and he had just had his tonsils removed at the hospital next door and ice cream is one of the only food items he can eat. Basically, he was starving and near death. The hoodlums were served their ice cream, but alas when we approached the menu he stated "we are now closed ma'am." First of all, I am a sir. Second, this was the only ice cream place open for a hundred miles. My brother was bawling due to pain and hunger. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by an establishment. I will not be giving ANY dunkin Robbins my business any longer. You have lost me as a customer. Good day sir. I SAID GOOD DAY.
